4 overripe bananas, mashed
⅔ cup granulated sugar (¾ cup if you prefer it sweeter)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs

1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas with sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gently fold in the flour and baking soda until the mixture is just combined. Don’t overmix.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
