A DISGUSTED KFC diner has cried fowl play after he found what looked like a chicken’s head and beak in a spicy wing.
Jordan Simpson, 22, made the alarming discover after picking up a takeaway for his girlfriend and himself.
As the couple tucked in they were sickened to find what they believe to be”the beak and skull” of a chick and “what looked like a meatless deep fried chick caucus” inside a wing, Mirror Online reports.
Jordan said: “I could see it immediately. My grandfather, who is a bird enthusiast, broke the bones from the head and cracked the beak to check that it was not bone and confirmed that, although bones may look like sometimes like other things, this was 100 per cent beak.
“He knows his stuff and was sure it was a beak. It was disgusting.”
Engineer Jordan had picked up two Boneless Banquet meals and three hot wings from the branch in Ipswich, Suffolk and has since said he will “never eat at KFC again”.
He said he was offered vouchers from the fast food chain after complaining but turned them down.
A KFC spokesperson said: “We can confirm it’s not a beak but just a normal part of the wing.
“We always want our customers to enjoy their time at KFC and so offered a gesture of good will, but this was refused.”
